A Vaulting Connection was founded in 2004, when Karin bought her first horse, Charley – and then a halter. From there, she steadiy expanded, developing Karin’s Horse Connection as a broader equine business and Therapeutic Horse Connection as a non-profit serving primarily individuals with special needs.
In 2012, she purchased the acreage that became Legacy Stables, growing it into a thriving home for the vaulting club, business, and non-profit. Along the way, she navigated challenges and setbacks, gaining deep experience in turning vision into reality.
Today, Karin is no longer involved with Legacy Stables or its programs. She left the operation as a well-running and sustainable business, providing the new owners, Grace and Leoni, with a strong foundation to continue building upon. The business and non-profit are now more established than ever and continue to grow in both quality and impact.
